About Us
Rebirth Community Outreach was birthed in the state of Connecticut, where we held several community events each year to uplift and support families.
Today, Rebirth Community Outreach is a faith-based, Christ-centered organization located in Delaware.
We are committed to serving our community by offering support, resources, and love rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Executive Director – Tanesha N. Owens

For more than 30 years, Tanesha faithfully served the community with compassion and a heart for outreach. As Executive Director of Rebirth Community Outreach Inc., she has devoted her life to helping those in need and shining as a light of hope to the most vulnerable.
Her love for people is evident in every aspect of her work—from providing meals to seniors and individuals with disabilities, to ensuring families have clothing, toiletries, and other essentials. She believes that true service goes beyond meeting physical needs; it is about demonstrating the love of Christ in action.
With Christ as her example, Tanesha leads with humility and purpose, building programs that restore lives, strengthen families, and bring lasting change to the community. Guided by the truth that serving people is serving God, she continues to expand the mission of Rebirth Community Outreach through impactful initiatives such as the Annual Back-to-School Event and Thanksgiving Community Dinners.

Michael Owens – Men’s Ministry Director
“Building men of faith, strength, and integrity to impact families, the church, and the community.”
Michael Owens has been faithfully leading and serving in men’s ministry for more than 16 years. With a deep passion for seeing men grow spiritually and walk boldly in their calling, he has dedicated his life to helping men strengthen their faith, families, and influence in the community.
Michael believes that when men are equipped with biblical principles and godly character, they can become the strong leaders God has called them to be. His heart for ministry is not only focused on discipleship within the church but also on community outreach—extending hope, encouragement, and practical support to those in need.
Under his leadership, the men’s ministry continues to be a place of accountability, brotherhood, and spiritual growth. Through mentoring, fellowship, and service, Michael encourages men to live out their faith in everyday life while impacting future generations.
Above all, Michael’s commitment is to glorify God by building men who are rooted in Christ, dedicated to their families, and active in transforming their communities.
